1. Easy Exchanges
- Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery for size issues or damaged items.
- Exchanges or returns for manufacturing defects are also available after verification.
2. Nominal Exchange/Return Fee
- A fee of ₹300 is charged for exchanges to cover reverse pickup and new delivery costs, applicable once per order.
3. Returns and Refunds
- Returns are refunded as amount refunded to your original payment method, and the amount will be credited to your account within 4 working days after verification.
4. Exchange Limitations
- Size exchange requests are honored only once per order.
Process for Returns and Exchanges
- Submit your request via customer support within the stipulated time frame.
- Once confirmed, our delivery partner will arrange the reverse pickup.
- For exchanges, your new product will be delivered after the returned item is received and verified.
